Self-isolating ‘may increase your risk of coronavirus’, an expert has controversially claimed. Professor Sheldon Cohen, a professor of psychology at Carnegie Mellon University, claims time spent in isolation may actually increase your vulnerability to upper respiratory viruses, and perhaps coronavirus.
