CAMDEN - Officials say a powerful odor that wafted over parts of southern New Jersey from a tractor-trailer gas leak has "significantly dissipated" and the dayslong event is contained. Authorities, including hazmat teams, responded to a truck stop on Route 295 in Gloucester County Wednesday afternoon for reports of a suspicious odor emanating from a tractor-trailer.Officials said a TransChem USA trailer was hauling 7,000 gallons of Lubrizol, a chemical additive to natural gas that contains Mercaptain. PHILADELPHIA - Police in Philadelphia are warning of a fleet of unmarked tow trucks being used to carry out vehicle thefts. The Philadelphia Police Department on Friday said the thefts have happened across the city, but have mainly occurred in the south and southwest sections. In many of the thefts, police say the actor will come to the vehicle owner's front door and demand money to prevent their car from being towed. According to investigators, the vehicle owners are told that their car is on a 311 list. COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - A gunman who died in a shootout after trying to get inside the FBI’s Cincinnati office appeared to have posted calls on social media for FBI agents to be killed and for people to take up arms and "be ready for combat" in the wake of the search at Donald Trump’s home, a law enforcement official said.Federal investigators are examining social media accounts they believe are tied to the gunman, 42-year-old Ricky Shiffer, and posts that urged violence after the FBI search at Mar-a-Lago in Florida, according to the official, who was not authorized to discuss the investigation publicly and spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity.At least one of the messages on Trump’s Truth Social media platform appeared to have been posted after Shiffer tried to breach the FBI office. PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police say a teenager has turned himself in for the shooting of a man at the 15th Street Station. FOX 29's Steve Keeley obtained photos of the alleged suspect from law enforcement sources. This person, pictured in two different outfits, is wanted in connection with a shooting at the 15th Street SEPTA Station, sources tell FOX 29.  According to police, the shooting occurred on Thursday at the 15th Street Station in Center City around 12:30 p.m. Authorities say a 19-year-old man was shot in the chest, stomach and hand before he was taken to Jefferson Hospital and placed in critical condition. SEPTA officials say the victim and the shooter spoke with a third person after exiting a train before the shooting began.Charles Lawson, SEPTA's Acting Police Chief, says the victim and another man got off an eastbound Market-Frankford Line train at the 15th Street Station. According to Lawson, the two got into a verbal disagreement with a third person resulting in the victim and the suspect both pulling out guns. Police say the suspect shot the victim and ran out of the station. Sources tell FOX 29 that the shooter was seen in distinctive yellow sneakers. On Friday, police announced that a 14-year-old turned himself in to police. The firearm used in the shooting is still missing and charges are pending, police say. Philadelphia Chief Inspector Frank Vanore says there was a 15-year-old was with the suspect at the time, but they do not believe he is involved and he is not expected to be charged. Surveillance video obtained by police showed him in the act, according to police. "Yes, I watched the video," Vanore said.

PHILADELPHIA - The Philadelphia Police Department is set to announce the arrest of a suspect wanted in connection with two separate shootings in West Oak Lane that left three men dead. According to police, the first shooting occurred on the 6400 block of Broad Street on June 28.
