Scottish Government confirms no new coronavirus deaths with 85 positive cases overnight

coronavirus deaths were recorded overnight in Scotland with 85 new positive cases. The Scottish Government announced the latest figures on Wednesday, May 5, as efforts to control the virus spreading continue.

Public Health Scotland said the low number of new cases reported may be due to "data flow issues" from UK Government testing sites since 3pm yesterday and warned the actual figure could be higher.
