There are 13 local authorities in Scotland with the high infections rate as the pandemic continues into winter 2021.Today's numbers come as 83 per cent of local authority areas in the UK have seen a rise in Covid cases.Of the 377 local areas in the UK, 314 have seen a week-on-week rise in rates, 62 have seen a fall and one is unchanged, according to the latest figures.
Figures from November 10 to 16 by Public Health Scotland showed 13 local authorities have the highest infection level - over 400 cases per 100,000 people.
Moray, Falkirk and Angus have the highest rates in Scotland.The top three lowest rates are Glasgow City, Na h-Eileanan an Iar and Dundee City.
