Having conquered isolation, battle and his fair share of personal struggles, Matthew ‘Ollie’ Ollerton – best known for his appearances on Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins – has managed to get himself into a mindset that he believes could help prepare most people for post-pandemic life.  After enduring the SAS’s gruelling selection process, Ollie served in the Special Boat Services (SBS), an experience that laid the foundations of his robust character and mindset.

The real test came after leaving the Special Forces, where all structure and routine was lost, and a void opened.It was during this time the star faced a series of personal issues, including alcoholism, substance abuse and depression. ‘For me, the problem was that I wasn’t content.
