Ryanair has been threatening to black list customers who use their bank or building society to claim refunds for cancelled holiday, an investigation by Money Saving Expert revealed.

The budge airline spoke to 10 different customers who claim the carrier has told them chargeback is a “fraudulent” scheme that could result in them being blacklisted from flights.
