Ruth Langsford has opened up about her weight loss journey ahead of a new series of Channel 5's Lose a Stone in 4 Weeks for Summer.
The 60-year-old This Morning presenter regularly updates fans on her fitness and eating habits online, including taking up a daily skipping challenge and committing to completing 10k steps a day.
Ruth has signed up to the Couch to 5K challenge, which is a running plan for absolute beginners, developed by a new runner, Josh Clark, who wanted to help his 50-something mum get off the couch.
The plan involves 3 runs a week, with a day of rest in between, and a different schedule for each of the 9 weeks. Updating her followers on Instagram following her run today Ruth said: "Oh that was hard!!!
