Filming for The Batman has officially resumed after the production was shut down due to Robert Pattinson testing positive for Coronavirus. “Following a hiatus for COVID 19 quarantine precautions, filming has now resumed on The Batman in the U.K,” a Warner Bros.
spokesperson said in a statement Thursday (September 17). Variety reports that Robert, the star of the movie, has been cleared to resume production.
We’re glad to hear that Robert is better after battling the virus. Warner Bros. never actually confirmed that it was him that contracted the virus but sources said he was the reason for the shut down.
Fans actually assumed Robert was 100% better after this happened earlier this week… Currently, The Batman is set for release in October
