Richard Madeley sent a strong yet casual message as he strolled down the street necking a bottle of Corona. The Mexican beer company has been hit hard by the global coronavirus pandemic, with some people believing it is linked to the alcoholic beverage.

But TV presenter Richard, 63, did his bit to debunk the myth and improve the beer's image by enjoying a nice cold bottle of it during his stroll along Hampstead High Street.

The telly veteran was spotted walking around North London, dressed in black jeans, a white T-shirt and a padded green coat, with a bottle of Corona in his hands.
