Caroline Stanbury worried that her dream wedding was falling apart after numerous COVID cancellations on Wednesday's episode of The Real Housewives of Dubai.'Yesterday was a complete f***ing nightmare,' Caroline, 46, said while getting ready for her engagement party in the desert with her 27-year-old fiancé Sergio Carrallo.
