PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police say a young child and a woman died after a car drifted onto the sidewalk in the city's West Oak Lane neighborhood.It happened on the 1600 block of Haines Street Wednesday around 3:40 p.m.According to police, the boy approximately 6 years old and woman in her 30s were taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center after being struck by the Mercury driven by a 49-year-old man.The driver remained on the scene.
