FELTONVILLE - A teenage male has been shot multiple times and killed in Philadelphia's Feltonville neighborhood.Officials said the shooting happened Monday afternoon, around 3:30, on the 100 block of West Wyoming Avenue.Responding officers found the teen had been shot about 18 times across his body.
