PHILADELPHIA - Officials in Philadelphia say an arrest warrant has been issued for a person they believe killed an innocent bystander during a mass shooting on South Street. "The District Attorney’s Office has approved an arrest warrant for the murder of one of the two innocent bystanders killed during the South Street mass shooting on Saturday night," the District Attorney's Office said. Officials did not share the named of the wanted suspect and said they will not release the person's name until they are brought into custody. The manhunt for a murder suspect comes as authorities approved charges against two men already in custody in connection to the deadly weekend shooting. Quran Garner, 18, faces charges of aggravated assault, assault of a law enforcement officer and weapons charges.

PHILADELPHIA - Authorities say two people were killed in a daytime shooting Wednesday afternoon in South Philadelphia. Officers from the Philadelphia Police Department were called to the 2700 block of Winton Terrace shortly before 4 p.m.

WILDWOOD CREST, N.J. - A Pennsylvania man died after he was pulled from the water off the coast of Wildwood on Tuesday, according to authorities. The Wildwood Crest Police Department said the victim, 54-year-old Joel Green, was brought onto the beach near Syracuse Street by swimmers who noticed him unresponsive in the water. Authorities say a beach goer provided CPR until emergency crews responded and continued life-saving measures. Green, a Cambria County resident, was brought to Cape Regional Medical Center where he died.Authorities extended their condolences to Green's family and reminded swimmers to only use beaches with lifeguards on patrol.

Police say a 34-year-old man was found dead after he was shot multiple times inside his vehicle Tuesday evening in Crescentville. PHOENIX - Police say the man caught on video brutally attacking a Cricket Wireless employee before getting away with phones and cash from a store in Phoenix has been caught three days later.The incident happened on June 4 at a Cricket Wireless on Bethany Home Road. Surveillance video released by the Phoenix Police Department shows the man approaching the employee, who then asks him if he needs help."How can I help you?" the employee asked.The man starts to respond before violently attacking the employee.Police say they are looking for a man who was caught on video brutally attacking an employee before getting away with phones and cash from the store.

Authorities say shortly before midnight, 34-year-old Gregory Jackson and two other men engaged in a heated conversation that quickly turned violent. Police say both Jackson and another man involved in the fracas, later identified as Micah Towns, were both armed.

NEW YORK - In a brazen daytime attack, a man shoved a woman onto the train tracks at an outdoor subway station in the Bronx on Sunday afternoon. The NYPD released a video from a security camera at the Jackson Avenue station in the Melrose section showing the disturbing attack. A person wearing a white tank top, red backpack, and backward baseball cap grabs someone standing on the platform and hurls her onto the tracks, the video shows.

SANTA MONICE, Calif. - The "Donkey Kong defense" came into play Monday at a civil trial over sexual assault allegations against Bill Cosby, as his attorney pressed a key witness over previous statements that she had played the arcade game during a visit with Cosby to the Playboy Mansion in 1975, six years before its release.The testimony came in the Los Angeles County trial over the lawsuit of Judy Huth, who also began testifying Monday, but did not yet describe her allegation that Cosby sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion when she was 16. PHILADELPHIA - Business owners on South Street are demanding retooled security measures from the Philadelphia Police Department in the wake of deadly mass shooting that erupted along one of the city's most popular thoroughfares. Authorities say just before midnight a fight between three men escalated to gunfire that left three dead and wounded nearly a dozen others. Two people that police believe fired shots have been arrested and sources say police are searching for at least two others. Philadelphia police say they were operating with increased patrols on South Street last Saturday night in anticipation of large crowds.

PHILADELPHIA - Authorities say three teens were injured in a shooting Monday night in North Philadelphia, including a boy who investigators believe was chased down and shot. Officers from the Philadelphia Police Department were called to the area of 19th and Diamond for reports of a shooting. Captain John Walker told reporters that a 14-year-old girl and two 15-year-old boys were suffering from gunshot wounds by responding officers. All three teens were taken to Temple University Hospital by police. Walker said one of the boys who was shot in the hip and stomach is in critical condition. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESInvestigators believe that the victims were among a group of teens who came under fire when they turned on to North 19th Street. Neighbors reported hearing numerous gunshot fired and several teenagers running away. Walker said one of the 15-year-old victims was chased southbound on North 19th and shot multiple times.Authorities did not report any arrests immediately following the shooting.

CASA GRANDE, Ariz. - Police in Casa Grande say they have arrested a 19-year-old man for allegedly making terrorist threats.According to a statement released on June 6, officials said Joshua Adam Bowen was arrested near his home on June 5. An investigation into Bowen began after FBI officials contacted Casa Grande Police regarding online comments made by Bowen."Bowen made various threats to harm people by mass shooting at a local high school, police station, and movie theater.

PHILADELPHIA - Police are investigating a shooting that left a juvenile in critical condition Monday night.Officials say around 6:04 p.m., on the 3900 block of North 7th Street, a 17-year-old was shot nine times throughout his body. The victim was transported to Temple University Hospital where he was placed in critical condition, according to authorities. No arrest was made in this incident and no weapon was recovered. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.

PHILADELPHIA - In the aftermath of a weekend mass shooting on South Street in Philadelphia, witnesses and the wounded are sharing harrowing details about what they can remember from the chaotic scene. Rusty Crowell, a 69-year-old retired nurse and part-time musician, was among nearly a dozen people wounded when gunfire erupted around 11:30 p.m. Saturday night. "As they got in front of Dobbs, I heard ‘bang, bang, bang’ but I thought it was a celebration," Crowell said.

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - Atlantic City police are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred on Sunday afternoon.On June 5, at around 2:20 p.m., Atlantic City police say they received a call about a man down on Kentucky Avenue in Atlantic City, N.J. Responding officers found the victim, later identified as Dwight Hutchinson, 65, of Atlantic City, unresponsive. Hutchinson was pronounced dead on the scene as authorities say medical personnel were unable to revive him.

PHILADELPHIA - Charges are expected to be approved in connection with Saturday's shootings on South Street, according to Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner. On Monday, Krasner held his weekly gun violence press conference and gave an update on the investigation. "We are expecting to approve charges later today for at least two people for non-fatal shootings," Krasner announced. Authorities say at least five different guns were fired on the street as chaos erupted. According to Krasner three of the guns were 9 mm and at least one was a .40 caliber firearm. The shooting left three people dead and at least 11 injured on the popular crowded street. Officials have identified three people who were killed by gunfire that erupted on South Street late Saturday night as hundreds of people gathered on the bustling street.On Saturday, Philadelphia Police Commissioner announced that one of the deceased victims may have been involved in a fight with another man and she called that incident the "genesis" of the gunfire that broke out.
