Man wanted for theft in Point Breeze. PHILADELPHIA - Surveillance video caught a man in the middle of crime on a Philadelphia street in broad daylight, according to police.Police say the man broke into the window of a parked van on the 1800 block of Washington Avenue last month.The suspect is seen entering the van, removing what appears to be tools, then loading them into his pickup truck.

PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police say a teenager has turned himself in for the shooting of a man at the 15th Street Station. FOX 29's Steve Keeley obtained photos of the alleged suspect from law enforcement sources. This person, pictured in two different outfits, is wanted in connection with a shooting at the 15th Street SEPTA Station, sources tell FOX 29.  According to police, the shooting occurred on Thursday at the 15th Street Station in Center City around 12:30 p.m. Authorities say a 19-year-old man was shot in the chest, stomach and hand before he was taken to Jefferson Hospital and placed in critical condition. SEPTA officials say the victim and the shooter spoke with a third person after exiting a train before the shooting began.Charles Lawson, SEPTA's Acting Police Chief, says the victim and another man got off an eastbound Market-Frankford Line train at the 15th Street Station. According to Lawson, the two got into a verbal disagreement with a third person resulting in the victim and the suspect both pulling out guns. Police say the suspect shot the victim and ran out of the station. Sources tell FOX 29 that the shooter was seen in distinctive yellow sneakers. On Friday, police announced that a 14-year-old turned himself in to police. The firearm used in the shooting is still missing and charges are pending, police say. Philadelphia Chief Inspector Frank Vanore says there was a 15-year-old was with the suspect at the time, but they do not believe he is involved and he is not expected to be charged. Surveillance video obtained by police showed him in the act, according to police. "Yes, I watched the video," Vanore said.

Wagner Tejeda-Pena, 24, is wanted for allegedly shooting a 76-year-old man who was out on his routine morning walk in Philadelphia in June 2022.  (Philadelphia Police Department)PHILADELPHIA - A man Philadelphia police say is wanted in a June 21 homicide in Juniata Park is now being sought by Boston, Massachusetts police for two stabbing incidents and making threats.Wagner Tejeda-Pena, 24, is wanted for the murder of 76-year-old Loi Nguyen, who was found shot once in the head near his driveway in the alleyway behind L and Claridge Streets.According to police, Ngueyn was out for his routine morning walk in his neighborhood when he was shot unprovoked. The incident was captured on surveillance video and footage from a neighbor is believed to show Tejeda-Pena running down an alleyway towards Hunting Park after the shooting.MORE HEADLINES:Police say the suspect is also wanted for an aggravated assault on the 1200 block of East Luzerne Street that took place about 15 minutes before the deadly shooting.According to the official website of the Boston Police Department, they have named Tejeda-Pena, also known as Wagner Ernesto Pena Tejeda and Waner Tejeda, as a person who has made threats to kill family members. He is also wanted on two warrants out of West Roxbury District Court in connection with two Boston stabbing incidents.According to officials in Boston, information they have shows Tejeda-Pena might be in the Roslindale area, in Boston, or in Lawrence, Massachusetts or in Rhode Island.Anyone with any information regarding Tejeda-Pena’s whereabouts is asked to not interact with him, but to call 911 immediately.

Police: 4 teenagers hospitalized with severe injuries after being shot in North Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA - Police say four teenagers are in the hospital after they were shot in North Philadelphia on Thursday morning. According to Philadelphia Chief Inspector Scott Small, the incident happened just before 2 a.m.Police say officers with the 6th District responded to numerous 911 calls reporting gunshots and a shooting near 7th and Wallace Streets. When police and medics arrived on scene, they found four shooting victims in the courtyard of the Spring Garden Homes, according to authorities. Small says two of the shooting victims ran inside a property of the Spring Garden Homes after being shot. According to police, the victims were two teenage boys and two teenage girls. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESAuthorities say all of the teenagers are in critical but stable condition and they are expected to be okay. Small says a 16-year-old girl sustained a serious gunshot wound to the face, while a 14-year-old girl was also shot in the face. The boys, ages 13 and 15, were shot in their arms and legs, according to officials.   Small says 21 spent shell casings from a semi-automatic weapon were found in the courtyard of the complex. Investigators say they believe all four of the victims were standing near the home where two of the teens live. According to police, a revolver was also found on the scene, but they do now know how it relates to the shooting. Authorities say they do not have a motive at this time, but said they will check cameras in the area. This shooting came a few hours after another quadruple shooting in West Philadelphia that left several people injured, including a 2-year-old. It also comes at a time when the city has implemented a curfew for children and teens under 18.
