WILMINGTON, Del. - Delaware State Police say that a 16-year-old boy has been charged with shooting a woman outside a tobacco store in Ogletown.
The News Journal of Wilmington reported Friday that the incident began with an argument inside a Village Cigarette Outlet store.
Police said that a woman approached two males, and the three began arguing inside the store before leaving it. Police said one of the males fired a gun at the woman before fleeing.
She was treated for a graze wound at a local hospital. Police said the unidentified teen was taken into custody on Tuesday by New Castle County police officers.
