EAST OAK LANE - Police say a teenage boy was shot to death in front of his home Tuesday night in East Oak Lane when he and his twin sister got out of a Lyft after working at a fast food restaurant.
Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small told reporters the 16-year-old victim and his twin sister were dropped off on the 200 block of East Fairston Drive around 11 p.m.
when two gunmen approached the boy. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESSmall said the gunman fired at least 15 shots from close range, striking the teen in the head, chest and back.
