PHILADELPHIA - Three people have died and at least 11 other people were wounded in a shooting late Saturday night in Philadelphia, authorities said.The Philadelphia Police Department responded to reports of a person with a gun in a large crowd just before midnight near the 200 block of South Street.Police say a total of 14 people were struck by gunfire in the incident and transported to local hospitals.

Three people, two men and a woman, were later pronounced dead at the hospital. The conditions of the others who were wounded by gunfire remains unknown.Police Inspector D.F.
