Perth and Kinross increased by nearly 40 per cent last week. The seven day rate per 100,000 people was sitting at 28.3 on April 18 after 43 positive tests.That is up from 20.4 and 31 positive tests in the week up until April 11.The increase has been driven by a spike in the Powmill, Cleish and Scotlandwell neighbourhood, which currently has a seven-day infection rate of 230.8.Milnathort and Crook of Devon has also seen an upsurge with an infection rate of 155.6 per 100,000.Other neighbourhoods recording cases are: Comrie, Gilmerton and St Fillans; Burghmuir and Oakbank; Stanley and Murthly; Scone; and Letham.Although the data is only complete until April 18, early indications suggest the infection rate could continue a slight increase at.
