Kate Middleton wows in blue dress as she and William record Mental Health Minute message

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were pictured recording a voice message on Friday 13 May, which was created for mental illness sufferers in association with the Better Health – Every Mind Matters Campaign. Prince William and Kate Middleton’s participation in the audio taping titled Mental Health Minute comes amid Mental Health Awareness Week, which runs from 9 to 15 May.The 60 second message spoken by the Royals targeted the Every Minds Matters campaign theme of loneliness this year and aired across all UK radio stations at 10.59am on Friday with the aim to “lift someone out of loneliness".

Kate wore a beautiful blue dress with black and white spots on it, which she paired with pearl earrings.The mum-of-three was first seen wearing the £1,700 Altuzarra ensemble in 2016.The Royal couple’s children also make a cameo in the photograph as they are seen in a framed picture behind the pair.

Prince William and Kate’s recorded message shared on Friday encouraged people to carry out small acts of kindness in order to help someone else dealing with loneliness. YouGov data reported the problem to have affected young people mostly out of all age groups in the country, with more than 1 in 10 young people (11%) confirming they feel lonely most of the time.
