Roman Kemp has revealed he used to think taking his own life was the "only way to stop" the pain he was going through.The Capital Breakfast star, 29, has opened up about his harrowing mental health battle, and the suicidal thoughts he used to suffer.Roman said he "couldn't stop crying" at one point in his life, and he was worrying about everything.The radio host bravely spoke about hitting rock bottom on Steven Bartlett's Diary of a CEO podcast.On the podcast, the former I'm A Celeb star explained he thought about jumping in front of a train in 2019 - after coming off antidepressants.Speaking on the episode, he said: "When you're in that zone, in an absolute spiral, everything goes into a blur."All I know I was in my house sat in my pants and I couldn't stop crying."I couldn't stop worrying about everything. My head was going like a whirlwind."He went on to say he felt hopeless as he struggled against the voices in his head.Roman continued: "I was worrying about stuff that wasn't even logical."I can't describe what my brain was telling me.
