The state averaged more than 5,000 cases a day over the past week, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Neighboring New Jersey reported a case spike in March, but case counts in that state have since declined.
New Jersey averaged more than 3,200 over the past week.Delaware is also adding more cases per capita and follows Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey in 7-day average cases.
