SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - Authorities on Friday identified a 23-year-old New Jersey man who police say was shot and killed during a fight outside of Pat's Steaks in South Philadelphia.

According to police, David Padro, a Camden resident, was shot in the lower back near the popular Philadelphia cheesesteak location on East Passyunk Avenue just before 1 a.m Thursday.Officers drove Padro to Jefferson University Hospital where police say he died shortly before 1:30 a.m.Investigators were told by witnesses that Padro was shot by another customer who fled in a van.

Witnesses told police the licenses plate number of the van, which allowed officers to quickly locate the vehicle.FOX 29 exclusive video shows the suspect being arrested and lead to a police.
