Paddy Doherty released from hospital days after fighting for his breath with Covid

Paddy Doherty has been sent home from hospital after fighting for his life following his coronavirus diagnosis. The Big Fat Gypsy Weddings star, 61, took to his Facebook account on Monday night to share the good news, as he thanked all the NHS staff for looking after him and his fans for their support.

Last week Paddy was seriously unwell and on oxygen in a bid to help him battle the deadly bug. But last night he seemed to be feeling much better, though he still appeared to be a little out of breath as he spoke directly to his followers in a video.
