More than 20 patients have been infected with the coronavirus in an outbreak at St Columcille's Hospital, Loughlinstown, Co Dublin.
In all, 22 patients have Covid-19 and a number of staff at the hospital in Loughlinstown are also self-isolating. The hospital said progress has been made to "stabilise" the situation.
It said the Medical Assessment Unit and the Injury Unit, scheduled care services and outpatient services remain open and unaffected.
