Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli's fate still hangs in the balance a year after they were named in the FBI's college admission cheating scandal case for allegedly paying $500,000 to make it appear their two daughters Olivia Jade and Bella were rowing team recruits to guarantee their admission to the University of Southern California.

The couple pled not guilty to charges of money laundering, conspiracy to commit mail fraud, and bribery; they face up to 60 years in prison if convicted when they go to trial.

Loughlin's defense team had been trying to get her indictment dismissed amid the coronavirus pandemic. In response to that, prosecution released pages of evidence, including the staged photos Olivia and Bella allegedly took to prove.
