Nova Scotia to require N.L. travelers to self-isolate

A spike in COVID-19 cases in Newfoundland and Labrador has resulted in a change of policy in Nova Scotia. As Jesse Thomas reports, travelers from Newfoundland will now be required to self-isolate for 14 days.
