Christmas "bauble" over the festive season to allow families to meet indoors. The First Minister coined the pun as she revealed discussions between devolved administrations and the UK Government were being held on easing some lockdown restrictions next month.

It comes as Imperial College London produced a red zone map predicting which areas of Scotland will see the highest case levels in the next few weeks.It shows that 13 authority areas have a 75%-100% chance of being a hotspot next month.Fife, Stirling, Glasgow City and Renfrewshire are at the top of the table, based on their projected Covid-19 infection rates,.
