West Lothian Council will receive £1.7m from national funds to help those hardest hit by the Covid-19 emergency.Help and assistance is being provided to West Lothian residents and community groups as the outbreak takes its toll.West Lothian Council is delivering a series of financial support measures across several separate programmes.
