Mobile coronavirus testing centre to arrive in Perth next month

The facility will be based at St Johnstone’s McDiarmid Park from November 2 to 8 and November 16 to 22.The centre, which will operate between 10am and 5pm each day, will offer pre-booked and ad hoc testing to the local public.Perth and Kinross residents told: it's up to you to avoid moving to level three It comes after the Scottish Government’s national clinical director Professor Jason Leitch vowed to look at the lack of testing provision in the Fair City.

Perthshire North MSP John Swinney was delighted with the news. He said: “The news of this mobile test centre will be welcomed by Perthshire residents, and will ensure that testing continues to be readily and conveniently available.
