ORLANDO, Fla. - A newly released arrest affidavit details the moments that suspected Pine Hills shooter Keith Moses shot five people last week, including an Orlando journalist and a 9-year-old girl who later died.According to the report, Orange County deputies responded to the area of Hialeah Street and found 38-year-old Nathaca Augustin laying outside the front passenger door of a car after being shot. A cousin of Moses reportedly identified him as the shooter to deputies, telling them Moses was "acting strange and was sweating" before the shooting. The report stated that Moses was sitting behind Augustin in the car when he pulled out a gun and shot her, then fled the scene on foot. Around 4:05 p.m.

The man is seen walking towards the entrance of Masjidullah before turning away and immediately heading towards the back of the building. Officials say the man spray-painted Masjidullah's doors and a brand-new refrigerator used for their food pantry.

PHILADELPHIA - A funeral is being held for Temple University Police Sergeant Chris Fitzgerald on Friday, marking nearly one week since he was fatally shot while chasing a suspect near campus last week. A viewing and service is being held at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul and will be followed by an interment at the Forest Hills Cemetery in Huntingdon Valley. Investigators say Fitzgerald, 31, was on patrol alone on Saturday night around 7 p.m. on the 1700 block of Montgomery Avenue when he saw three young people dressed in dark clothes with masks.

ORLANDO, Fla. - A Central Florida television reporter who was killed while reporting at a murder scene in Orlando has been identified. On Thursday, Spectrum News 13 announced that its reporter Dylan Lyons, a Philadelphia native, was shot on Wednesday afternoon at the scene of a shooting in Pine Hills, Florida. Lyons died from his injuries and a second crew member, identified as photojournalist Jesse Walden, was also shot and critically injured. Jesse Walden Orange County deputies said the 19-year-old suspect, Keith Melvin Moses, also shot a mother and her 9-year-old daughter. The little girl has died.
