ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Three Democrats are running in the primary election seeking to be Orange County’s property appraiser.The three people vying for office are State Rep.
Amy Mercado, businessman Khalid Muneer and incumbent appraiser Rick Singh. The property appraiser also tracks ownership changes, maintains maps of parcel boundaries, keeps descriptions of buildings and property characteristics up to date, accepts and approves applications.
