MARTINE McCutcheon has opened up about the health battle that made her "lose her mind". The former EastEnders star took to her Instagram story to chat to fans about her experience with perimenopause and starting Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Actress Martine, 46, looked slimmer than ever as she spoke to her followers, telling them: "It’s been quite a game changer for me, there’s still some adjustments and tweaks to make." Praising Davina McCall and menopause doctor Naomi Potter, she added: "I've been really so lucky to be guided by the force of nature that is Davina and Naomi Potter is a godsend to women going through this time. "When we are all losing our minds this lady is calm, collected and so wise about the whole situation." Martine recently opened about her addiction to Diet Coke - admitting she guzzled up to eight cans a day.
