GOODYEAR, Ariz. - A man convicted in a hit-and-run crash in Goodyear that left a teenage boy dead has been sentenced to prison.Richard Romo, 45, will spend nearly nine years behind bars after he hit and killed 13-year-old Dylan Buensuceco, who was riding his bike home from school near Estrella Parkway and Elliot Road on April 26, 2022.According to Goodyear Police, the crash happened near Estrella Parkway and Elliot Road around 2:45 p.m.
