A 59-year-old man who suffered a rare reaction to the AstraZeneca vaccine died after a blood clot formed on his brain. Neil Astles passed away on April 4 at Royal Liverpool University Hospital after receiving his first dose of the Coronavirus vaccine on March 17, according to the Liverpool Echo.

An inquest was held into the former lawyer's death yesterday at Bootle Town Hall, Liverpool. Mr Astles, from Newton-Le-Willows, was taken by his brother to hospital after complaining of nausea and headaches.The court heard from James Martindale, coroners investigations officer, how Mr Astles symptoms began just over a week after he was given the AstraZeneca vaccine at St Helens Rugby Club.Mr Martindale explained how the 59-year-old began to suffer
