TRUCKEE, Calif. - The FBI announced Thursday they have added Kiely Rodni to its missing persons list.Authorities gave new details about her appearance and released a poster about the 16-year-old who went missing from a party in Truckee on Saturday.The new poster shows three photos of Kiely, including a surveillance image taken just hours before she vanished.They gave new details on her description, including scars on her left arm and wrist from surgery. ATLANTA - A man said an incident on a Frontier Airlines flight ruined what was supposed to be a carefree weekend trip.Chrisean Rose said his flight to Atlanta was fine, but his toddler was nervous on a flight from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to Orlando. It was her second time on an airplane, Rose said.Rose said two flight attendants did not raise concerns when he held his child in his lap, but a third flight attendant instructed him to buckle his daughter in because she did not meet the age requirements to sit on his lap.

MOUNT EPHRAIM, N.J. - A massive holiday decoration and neighborhood mascot that stood outside a New Jersey home was torn down and dragged away by thieves in a car.The midnight theft was caught on camera outside the Mount Ephraim of Shannon McKibban, who told FOX 29 that she heard the 12-foot-tall skeleton being dragged down her street."We heard the cinder blocks on top of it kind of flying off, the noise of it being dragged down street," McKibban said.A neighbors' car was also damaged during the heist and some of their lawn furniture was also broken.MORE LOCAL HEADLINES"They drove up the lawn and ripped out of our driveway," McKibban said. LOS ANGELES - Actress Anne Heche's injuries are so severe that her circle appears to be bracing for the worst.According to Heche's representative, the actress suffered a "catastrophic brain injuries" from last week's crash in Mar Vista. MANCHESTER, N.H. - The search for Harmony Montgomery, a New Hampshire girl who vanished in 2019 at age 5 but was not reported missing until late 2021, has now shifted to a homicide investigation, authorities said. Investigators have concluded that Montgomery was murdered in the city of Manchester in early December 2019, New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella said Thursday at a news conference.Montgomery’s remains have not been located, but authorities said biological evidence led them to "this difficult and tragic conclusion."In June, investigators searched an apartment building in the city of Manchester, where Montgomery’s father and stepmother once lived. They removed a refrigerator and other items, but additional details were not released. A refrigerator was taken out of an apartment on Union Street, and wrapped up and then placed on a truck in Manchester, NH on June 14, 2022.

(FOX 9) - The man who allegedly fired shots inside the Mall of America last week and the person police say directed him to do it were arrested Thursday after a week on the run.FOX 9 is told Shamar Lark and Rashad May were taken into custody during a traffic stop Thursday in the Chicago area, seven days after shots rang out inside the mall on August 4. This week, police said they believed Lark was the man who fired shots inside the mall after an altercation at the Nike store. Officers say it appears May "prompted" Lark who then fired multiple shots.

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. - A 65-year-old Washington Township woman has been charged with manslaughter in the death of her 80-year-old mother, officials announced.According to the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office, 65-year-old Loretta Barr was initially charged with assault after police were called to an apartment on Woodmont Circle in Sewell for a reported dispute, in the evening of August 6th.The victim, 80-year-old Florence Dicriscio, was taken to Jefferson Hospital in Washington Township, but was eventually taken to a hospital in Philadelphia to receive advanced care for her injuries.Dicriscio is identified as Barr’s mother.Officials say Dicriscio died August 9th in Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Medical Examiner ruled her death a homicide, due to blunt force trauma to her head and body.After a deeper investigation, officials say, Barr was charged with Manslaughter and Possession of a Weapon.Barr was arrested in West Deptford August 10th and is being held at the Salem County Correctional Facility awaiting further proceedings.

NEW YORK - The NYPD’s Mounted Unit had to help a distressed carriage horse and get it back up on its feet after it collapsed in the Hell’s Kitchen section of Manhattan.Police say the incident happened at around 5 p.m. Wednesday evening at West 45th Street and 9th Avenue.Videos captured by onlookers show the 14-year-old horse, Ryder, lying motionless on the hot asphalt.New York City police officers placed a pillow under his head, cooled him down with a spray hose, and gave him a shot of adrenaline before he regained strength.Transport Workers Union Local 100, the group that represents horse carriage drivers, says Ryder made it safely into his trailer where he was examined by an equine veterinarian.The doctor believed the horse may have been suffering from equine protozoal myeloencephalitis, a neurological disease caused by infected opossum droppings.A union spokesperson urged people not to panic or jump to conclusions.However, animal advocacy group NYCLASS argued the incident was caused by heat exhaustion and told FOX 5 News in a statement: "NYCLASS has learned that yet another carriage horse has collapsed on the streets of New York City in traffic.

LAS VEGAS - New details were released Thursday on the DUI arrest of former Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch from earlier this week in Las Vegas. On Aug. 9 before 7:30 a.m, an officer was conducting a vehicle stop on a car for a man asleep behind the wheel.According to a police report, the car had significant damage, with no rim or tire on the driver’s side front wheel, with dents and dings on the rear driver’s side wheel that about to fall off and the front passenger rim and tire that was almost off. The officer noticed the car was not running but the car had a push button to start and the keys were with the driver. The driver, who was later identified as Lynch, was asleep behind the wheel with the driver’s door open and leaning back in the seat, documents said. Investigators noted Lynch would speak and fell in and out of sleep several times throughout the encounter. According to the police report, the officer noticed a strong odor of alcohol emitting from the car and Lynch, his eyes were bloodshot and watery, and he had one shoe on.  Lynch told the officer that he was "not drinking and he does not do drugs, but that he stole the vehicle," documents said. The report said the responding officer asked Lynch if he would exit the car, he refused and became uncooperative.
