4. The shooter remains at large and has not been formally charged.They're accused of helping the shooter and another man evade arrest.

The three people charged are: Security confirms Mall of America is on lockdown. Bloomington police officers are on scene. Several witnesses told FOX 9 they heard shots fired and then saw people frantically running through the mall.

Police working at Mall of America responded to multiple gunshots at the Nike store, where they found three shell casings on the floor inside the entrance.

COVID-19 viral RNA load found in Saskatoon‘s wastewater has gone up 43 per cent for the reporting period up to Aug. 10.That’s according to University of Saskatchewan and Global Water Future researchers, who said this is based on averages of three individual daily measurements compared with the weekly average of the previous week.It was noted in the weekly wastewater report that the amount of viral particles listed in Saskatoon, North Battleford and Prince Albert are considered large because they’re greater than a 10-week average recorded in those cities.

LANCASTER, Texas - Police are searching for a man accused of a fatal shooting at a youth football game in Lancaster Saturday night. Yaqub Salik Talib has an active warrant out for his arrest in connection with the shooting.Police said it happened just before 9 p.m. at the end of a game between Dragon's Elite Academy and North Dallas United at Lancaster Community Park on Jefferson Street.In a video obtained by TMZ, it appears there was a confrontation between some of the North Dallas United coaches and the referees.

HARRISBURG, Pa. - The judge in a case brought by Gov. Tom Wolf's administration against three counties that aren't reporting mail-in ballots lacking handwritten dates on their return envelopes told lawyers Friday she will rule as quickly as possible.Commonwealth Court Judge Renee Cohn Jubelirer presided over an online conference in the litigation brought by the Department of State under Wolf, a Democrat, against three Republican-majority counties over about 800 mail-in ballots from the May primary.The counties argue the ballots shouldn't be counted because of the legal requirement for the exterior envelope dates, which are not used to determine if voters are eligible or if the ballots are received in time.Wolf sued Berks, Fayette and Lancaster counties a month ago, seeking a court order to compel them to "certify" the mail-in votes in question.
