The home is on the market for $629,000 and comes with eight lots, a fourplex home and a manufactured home. The property also includes a historical marker that was placed in the front yard in 2018.
The sign reads, "The Van Zants’ legacy, memorialized in this house, commemorates their prodigious contribution to the world of rock music.""That house was our life, that neighborhood was our neighborhood," Johnny Van Zant said in 2018. "We all learned how to play drums in that house, we all learned how to swing on the swing-set out there — that’s where we learned to sing.
