Residents packed a Wednesday night commissioners meeting, many wearing ‘Justice for Ember’ t-shirts, demanding answers about how the beloved K-9, specially trained in arson investigations, died."Clearly, something happened. Something very tragic," resident Jacqueline Vigilante said.

PHILADELPHIA - A man arrested in New Jersey for a sexual assault in Center City is now back in Philadelphia in police custody, according to authorities.Willie L. Harris, 49, is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in an office building on the 200 block of South 13th Street on July 5.Police say the suspect beat, then sexually assaulted a 22-year-old woman who was alone in an unlocked office.He fled when the woman's co-worker walked back into the office, interrupting the assault, according to police.Harris was reportedly taken into custody in Gloucester County, New Jersey, two days later.He was arraigned in Philadelphia as of Wednesday, and charged with rape, indecent deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, strangulation, unlawful restraint, indecent assault, terroristic threats, indecent exposure, simple assault, reckless endangerment and false imprisonment.Authorities say Harris's current address is unknown, but he has ties to Camden and Woodbury, New Jersey, as well as Center City, Philadelphia.

Willow Grove, Pa. - Heavy downpours and high winds triggered multiple tornado warnings and flooding as remnants from Hurricane Ida impacted the Philadelphia region Wednesday.A confirmed " large and extremely dangerous" tornado was located over Willow Grove, Washington Crossing in Pennsylvania and Woodbury, New Jersey. Pennsylvania State Tropper tweeted downed trees through southern Chester County as the storms started to move in around 4 p.m.High winds on Slate Hill Drive in Oxford, Chester County ripped off the siding of a large home.

GLOUCESTER CITY, N.J. - A wrong-way crash has left two peope dead and another three people injured in Camden, N.J.The crash occurred at 10:47 p.m on I-676 Northbound at the milemarker 0.4.A preliminary investigation revealed that a Buick Centry was driving southbound in the northbound lanes when it hit a Toyota Corola that was traveling northbound  head-on.The crash resulted in fatal injuries to both the drivers of the two vehicles.The Buick driver was identified as Amir Kearney, 24 of Clayton, N.J.
