PHILADELPHIA - An inmate charged with helping two fellow prisoners escape a Philadelphia correctional facility played lookout while the pair managed pull of the first prison break since 2010, court docs show.Jose Flores-Huerta, an inmate at Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center on charges stemming from a deadly brawl outside Pat's King of Steaks, was charged with Escape and Criminal Conspiracy.New court documents show Flores-Huerta's alleged involvement in the orchestrated prison break of 18-year-old Ameen and 24-year-old Nasir Grant on May 7.It's alleged that moments before the escape Flores-Huerta is seen on video walking around a cell block when he was not permitted to be outside his cell, and checking the guard tower for officers. RELATED COVERAGEThe video also shows Hurst and Grant leaving their cells and crawling to the shower-area of the cell block where they stopped and waited for a signal from Flores-Huerta, according to court docs. From there, Hurst and Grant were able to exit a cell block door into a recreation yard.

Court docs: Beyond Wonderland shooting suspect claimed he was hallucinating on drugs

GRANT COUNTY, Wash. - The man charged with killing two people and injuring three others at the Gorge Amphitheatre last week claimed he was hallucinating on mushrooms and believed "the world was ending," according to court documents obtained by FOX 13 News.An active duty soldier stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, 26-year-old James Kelly, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and three counts of first-degree assault – one of those a domestic violence charge.A detective with Washington State Patrol interviewed Kelly while he was being treated at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane.

QUINCY, Wash. - Two people were killed and multiple people were injured, after a shooting at the Beyond Wonderland festival Saturday night.Around 8:25 p.m., authorities were called to reports of shots fired at the Gorge Amphitheatre campground. The Grant County Sheriff's Office said while deputies responded to the call, the suspect "randomly continued to shoot into the crowd." Deputies shot the suspect and took him into custody. The suspect was hospitalized for his injuries, but no further details were immediately released.Two people were killed and three people were injured, including the suspect, officials said. Details on the injured victims would be released at a later time, said Kyle Foreman, public information officer with the Grant County Sheriff’s Office.Beyond Wonderland, which was scheduled for two days, canceled its Sunday events.
