Liverpool will make the trip to Denmark for their Champions League clash with FC Midtjylland, after the UK government eased their travel restrictions for elite athletes.
Jurgen Klopp 's side are due to travel to Midtjylland's MCH Arena next month and there were concerns that the squad would need to observe a period of self-isolation when they returned, in accordance with government guidelines aimed at stopping the spread of coronavirus.
Borussia Dortmund's Signal Iduna Park had been mooted as a potential venue for the match but it will now be played in Denmark after Midtjylland confirmed the news in an official statement.
