The data to the week ending February 7 - which represents the latest available - shows the infection rate fell in Oldham by 39 per cent, the biggest drop in Greater Manchester.
Oldham has the lowest infection rate - currently 379.2 cases per 100,000 people. In Greater Manchester as a whole, the infection rate is now 465.3 cases per 100,000 population.
