Trade body the British Meat Processors Association (BMPA) said that businesses are having to cut down the range of products they're offering because of the lack of staff.

This means those who have the skills to process meats like Sunday lunch favourites, handmade burgers and specialist sausages are absent from work and it's now a worry that this will impact stock.
