PHOENIX - Police say the man caught on video brutally attacking a Cricket Wireless employee before getting away with phones and cash from a store in Phoenix has been caught three days later.The incident happened on June 4 at a Cricket Wireless on Bethany Home Road. RUTLEDGE, Tenn. - A United Methodist Church pastor is suing her church after some members accused her of practicing homosexuality, saying the accusations interfered with her pastoral duties and she may be unemployed.An attorney for Reverend Bodhi Der Parunakian said a lawsuit was filed in Grainger County Circuit Court in Tennessee last week.  According to court documents obtained by FOX Television Stations, Der Parunakian is the pastor at Shiloh, Joppa and Cedar Grove United Methodist Churches.The pastor said she identified her homosexuality when she was hired by the United Methodist Church but chose the life of celibacy according to the church's "Book of Discipline" which states "the practice of homosexuality is incompatible with the Christian teaching." A mental health care hospital has been shut down by watchdogs after investigators uncovered shocking practices. The care unit was slammed for staff 'not respecting the privacy and dignity' of patients, as 'staff often talked over patients, ignored patients, and talked about their personal hygiene needs in the main lounge', while 'patients were told to sit down whenever they tried to get up'.

PHILADELPHIA - Authorities say three teens were injured in a shooting Monday night in North Philadelphia, including a boy who investigators believe was chased down and shot. Officers from the Philadelphia Police Department were called to the area of 19th and Diamond for reports of a shooting. Captain John Walker told reporters that a 14-year-old girl and two 15-year-old boys were suffering from gunshot wounds by responding officers. All three teens were taken to Temple University Hospital by police. PHILADELPHIA - Police are investigating a shooting that left a juvenile in critical condition Monday night.Officials say around 6:04 p.m., on the 3900 block of North 7th Street, a 17-year-old was shot nine times throughout his body. The victim was transported to Temple University Hospital where he was placed in critical condition, according to authorities. No arrest was made in this incident and no weapon was recovered. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - Atlantic City police are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred on Sunday afternoon.On June 5, at around 2:20 p.m., Atlantic City police say they received a call about a man down on Kentucky Avenue in Atlantic City, N.J. Responding officers found the victim, later identified as Dwight Hutchinson, 65, of Atlantic City, unresponsive. Hutchinson was pronounced dead on the scene as authorities say medical personnel were unable to revive him.

The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Ewing Township police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened inside a Ewing Township deli on Monday morning.  EWING TWP., New Jersey - The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Ewing Police Department are investigating a fatal shooting that happened early Monday morning.Authorities say at approximately 6:10 a.m., Ewing police responded to Priori's Deli at 301 Hillcrest Avenue in Ewing Township. Responding officers say they located two men suffering from gunshot wounds.Both victims were transported to a local hospital where one victim, Oscar Palacios, 54, was pronounced dead, authorities say.

COVID-19 transmission as a factor.Officials with the organization say that starting Monday, care partners will no longer be asked to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have to register upon entering the hospital.Two care partners at a time are now permitted for inpatients at University and Victoria hospitals, while one care partner is now permitted for outpatients, however officials note that waiting space is limited.While proof of vaccination is no longer required for care partners, officials say screening for COVID-19 symptoms is continuing at entrances, and visitors are still required to mask up and perform proper hand hygiene.As well, LHSC officials say that care partners are still not allowed to eat or drink while in the room of the patient they are visiting in order to ensure mask wearing.
