COLOMBO (News 1st) – The Minister of Agriculture, Mahinda Amaraweera showed by example on how to maintain a successful home garden and a harvest with the use of organic fertilizer.The Minister said that his Angunakolapelessa garden with a variety of upcountry and other vegetables is being maintaned fully with the use of organic fertilizer. He said that people too should learn to embrace organic homegrown fertilizer instead of complaining about the prices of food.
