Katie Price gives health update on terminally ill mum Amy

In 2017, Katie Price's mum Amy revealed the heartbreaking news that she'd been diagnosed with the terminal lung condition idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.The condition - which causes scarring to the lungs which reduces the sufferer's ability to breathe - currently has no cure.

Having now lived with the condition for the last six years, Amy's Mucky Mansions star daughter Katie insists the family matriarch is taking life on the chin and remains positive.

Catching up with us this week to promote the brand new series of her Channel 4 docu-series, mother-of-five Katie explained: "She’s taking each day as it comes.

She still nags me every day.The more she nags, the more I know she’s alright!" In series one of Mucky Mansions, viewers saw Katie’s mum Amy, 71, and sister, Sophie, 33, design the garden room of her incredible West Sussex plot.
