Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has spoken out on the recent Covid-19 outbreaks that have seen postponements sweep through the Premier League in the last week.

Manchester United's games against both Brentford and Brighton and Hove Albion both had to be postponed due to an outbreak within the squad, with their Carrington training ground also closing down to reduce infection.
