FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. - Johnny Depp's defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard begins Monday in Fairfax County.Depp is suing his ex-wife for $50 million dollars in damages for defamation related to an op-ed she wrote in the Washington Post in December 2018 about being a survivor of domestic violence.Download the FOX 5 DC News App for Local Breaking News and WeatherThe trial begins at the Fairfax County Circuit Courthouse at 10 a.m.
