James Martin health: TV chef discusses lifestyle overhaul after two scary incidents

One person had a heart attack in the middle of service and the head chef at the time turned around and told them all to keep working. "The head chef at the time turned around and said we carry on service, just move him out to one side," he recalled. "I remember dragging him to one side, to the side of this fridge, and I'm carrying on cooking, going 'this is what it's all about'. "Speaking in an interview on ITV's Loose Women, James Martin recalled another traumatic incident.
