Liam Payne has been raced to hospital during his romantic trip to Lake Como with girlfriend Kate Cassidy. His health issues follow the musician postponing his South American tour last month when the 30-year-old announced that his highly anticipated gigs would be rescheduled after being advised by doctors to take sick leave.
The star has been suffering a serious kidney infection, informing fans: "It’s with a heavy heart I have to tell you that we have no other choice but to postpone my upcoming tour of South America. "It’s something I wouldn’t wish on anyone, and doctors orders are that I now need to rest and recover."It's believed that the One Direction star is now being treated at a hospital in Italy, where he is expected to remain for at least another six days.
