Between 11 to 14 August 2020, WHO supported the Ministry of Health to conduct an Intra-Action Review (IAR) for the COVID-19 response in Indonesia.
The IAR is a comprehensive multisector qualitative review of actions undertaken thus far in response to an ongoing emergency.
It is a valuable mechanism to identify gaps and opportunities for learning and improvement to better respond to the COVID-19 outbreak.
The Indonesian IAR was undertaken as a recommendation from the fourth meeting of the International Health Regulations (2005) Emergency Committee in July regarding the outbreak of COVID-19.
